Welcome to ScoutFPL. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Using ScoutFPL

ScoutFPL provides Fantasy Premier League statistics, fixtures, and scouting tools for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That means no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app, no scraping or reselling our data, and no use that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.

Accounts & data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from the Support page. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party data

Player and match information is sourced from third parties and provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate but can't guarantee it's free of errors or delays, and it should not be your only basis for any decision.

Purchases

Any paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by those stores.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of ScoutFPL after changes means you accept them.
